Methodology
- Site Visit
- We will meet with the physicians and administrators of your practice in order to update our understanding of the community, the organization, its mission and goals, structure, key operational issues and challenges. Primarily focusing on the specific responsibilities of the position, including skill set, experience requirements, and compensation arrangements.
- Develop Opportunity Outline
- We will prepare a detailed “Opportunity Outline” based upon information generated during the Site Visit that will serve as a primary marketing tool throughout the search.
- The Identification and Recruitment of Candidates
- We will identify a number of candidates using our own database, direct mailings, networking, referrals and selected advertising.
- Presentation of Candidates
- We will present candidates who meet your parameters and are sufficiently interested in the position.
- Personal Interviews
- We will meet with each identified candidate prior to their on site interview. The interview will be designed to determine the candidate’s personality, practice history, academic needs, goals and motivation.
- Obtaining References
- We will conduct reference checks on all finalist candidates. References will be requested from superiors, peers and staff. Summaries will then be submitted to the client.
- Client Interviews with Candidate
- We will make arrangements for the candidates to interview with you, including travel and lodging when necessary.
- Assistance with the Offer
- HCRS will assist you with the preparation and presentation of the offer to the final chosen candidate.
- Post-closure Follow-up
- HCRS will periodically communicate with you and the placed candidate to ensure that the transition into the position is smooth, and that any occasional, unforeseen problem is quickly and effectively dealt with.
