Site Visit

We interview key individuals to develop a complete understanding of the community, the organization and the scope of the position. Information is sought regarding our clients’ mission and goals, structure, philosophy, and major operational issues. Position responsibilities, skill set, and experience requirements are explored.

Develop Position Specification:

We will prepare a detailed “Position Specification” based upon your job specification and the additional information gathered during the site visit.

Develop Work Plan:

A work plan and projected search timetable specifying target dates for each step of the process will be prepared and submitted to the client.

The Identification and Recruitment of Candidates:

We will identify a number of candidates and present a “benchmark candidate” for your consideration. This “benchmark” will then be used to further calibrate the search for additional appropriate candidates.

Personal Interviews:

We will interview candidates prior to submitting them for your consideration. We will screen and qualify candidates based on the job specification as well as their fit with the culture of your organization.

Presentation of Candidates:

We will present candidates who meet your specifications, cultural fit and who are sufficiently interested in the position.

Obtaining References:

We will conduct reference checks as appropriate on all finalist candidates.

Client Interviews with Candidate:

We will make the arrangements for the candidates to interview with you, including travel and lodging when necessary.

Assistance with the Offer:

HCRS will assist you with the preparation and presentation of the offer to the final candidate.

Post-closure Follow-up:

HCRS will periodically communicate with you and the placed candidate to ensure that the transition into the position is smooth, and that any occasional, unforeseen problem is quickly and effectively dealt with.
